Job Description
In a context of societal, political, structural, and technological changes, IMAD is deploying its activities to better respond to the evolving needs of the population and to offer adapted solutions. Thus, IMAD has developed a strategic plan, called Cap 2030+, structured around three priority axes and four transversal transformation levers.
Within this framework, the Strategic Plan and Transformation Management (SPTM), attached to the Strategic Projects Directorate, is responsible for coordinating the implementation of IMAD's strategy, managing institutional projects, as well as project portfolios to achieve strategic objectives.
Reporting to the SPTM director, the Change Manager's main mission will be to provide expertise in change management within IMAD for strategic projects, directorate projects, and more generally for any context of evolution and/or transformation within the institution.
Your missions and responsibilities
- Provide change management expertise to IMAD's management and executives
- Support project managers in change management for the projects they are responsible for
- Propose innovative and adapted change management tools and implement change support actions according to the predetermined support level, in close collaboration with professional resource management departments and partner functions (communication and Campus)
- Provide expertise in supporting operational and support departments in their transformation actions
- Be proactive, assist and advise project managers, management, and committees in their decisions related to projects, changes, and transformations in terms of change management
- Identify innovative tools and methods through monitoring (research, articles, publications, etc.)
- May contribute to the development of change management training content or deliver some of these trainings.
Qualifications
- University degree or other equivalent qualification
- Certification in change management Prosci or equivalent method (essential)
- Certification in Hermès project methodology or equivalent methodology (an asset)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in change management and project management
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and good listening skills
- Writing skills and facilitation/workshop animation qualities
- Knowledge of the public or parapublic sector and ideally of home care or health professions
- Knowledge of office tools and specific tools for change management and project management
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written
- Knowledge of spoken and written English is an asset.
