Responsibilities:
The focus is on the independent management of asset accounting as well as the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
You take care of VAT returns for Switzerland and Germany and ensure correct and timely processing.
You have control over the accounts payable processes and the associated ERP and invoice processing solutions and ensure a smooth flow of information between the financial systems.
Together with internal and external partners, you participate in audits and continuously develop financial processes, internal control systems and digital solutions.
As deputy to the Head of Finance and Accounting, you take on additional responsibility and support overarching financial matters.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, for example the Swiss federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting.
Several years of practical experience in finance as well as secure knowledge of accounting according to Swiss CO distinguish you.
You are proficient in dealing with VAT issues and understand the relevant contexts.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
