In this position, you are responsible for the technical and administrative support of demanding construction projects in the city of Zurich and the surrounding agglomeration. Tasks

• You technically and administratively handle and support demanding construction projects.
  
• You work closely with architects, general contractors, and clients.
  
• You develop innovative and technical detailed solutions directly on site.
  
• You monitor costs, deadlines, and quality from planning to final installation.
  
• You ensure smooth communication between all project participants.

• You have completed a vocational training in a craft or planning profession.
• You bring further training in metal construction, the timber construction sector, or as a construction manager.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the area of sun protection or building envelope.
• You possess a performance record in project execution or project management.
• You must have a category B driving licence.
• You think and act entrepreneurially and work in a structured way with digital tools.
• You communicate openly and appropriately in German.
• You are a team player with a confident manner and good assertiveness.
