Activities & ResponsibilitiesWhat You Bring
- Leading a team of civil engineers and technicians
- Managing projects of all sizes in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the Lake Geneva region
- Designing and supervising projects during the study and execution phases
- Prospecting and preparing bids in the field of road developments in French-speaking Switzerland
- Guiding and supervising the team of project managers
- Civil engineering degree (ETH or University of Applied Sciences)
- Experience in personnel management
- Excellent relationships with clients and partners, with a strong network in French-speaking Switzerland, especially in the Lake Geneva region and the surrounding municipalities of Lausanne
- Experience in road infrastructure projects in French-speaking Switzerland
- Experience with projects conducted with public authorities (DGMR, SPC, OFROU, etc.) as well as with municipalities
- Very good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss market
- Fluency in French
