MAIN TASKS

During your training, you will learn to perform various administrative tasks within a public service. Your duties will vary depending on the sector but will mostly be carried out within the different units that make up our management (HR, finance, management).

According to the established training programme, you may also be required to complete an internship within one of our prison establishments.

Your tasks will notably include managing data, handling correspondence, monitoring accounts, managing files, preparing various publications, and welcoming internal and external visitors.

Work location: Penthalaz – Human Resources Unit of the Prison Service

Start date: August 2027
