Comprehensive technical customer advice via telephone (inquiries, faults, orders).
Developing customised solutions and handling special orders.
Creating technical documentation (schemes, drawings, accompanying papers).
Supporting the field service in project planning.
Ensuring optimal cooperation with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
Completed basic electrical training with professional experience.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone customer contact.
Accustomed to working independently and precisely with a high quality standard.
Solid IT knowledge, ideally MS Office, ERP and CAD systems.
Business fluent German spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus.
