As a member of the executive management, you actively shape the strategic development of the hospital and take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Nursing and Accommodation department. With the transfer of nursing staff from Medicine and Surgery to the Nursing and Accommodation department, an important development step will be implemented from 1 January 2028. You will design this new organisational structure together with the clinical departments and contribute to successfully establishing the new nursing organisation. Furthermore, the areas of nursing development, aftercare management, guest service, patient disposition, sitting watch pool, as well as the telephone switchboard and information, fall within your area of responsibility.
This role offers you great scope for creativity: as a member of the executive management, you shape the development of the entire hospital, establish a new nursing organisation, and can consistently integrate nursing quality, workforce, digitalisation, and interprofessional care. Together with a committed leadership team, you will have the opportunity to sustainably further develop nursing and patient-centred care at a major Swiss centre hospital.
We offer attractive working conditions, opportunities for flexible work, comprehensive training and employee benefits, excellent social benefits, as well as an open and inclusive corporate culture.
