Our client, a well-known company in French-speaking Switzerland specialising in building envelope trades, is looking for a Roof Maintenance Manager to develop and oversee its maintenance and servicing activities.

Job Description

• Carrying out roof maintenance and inspections
• Leak detection, technical diagnostics and advising clients
• Preparing quotes, intervention reports and invoices
• Administrative management and follow-up of files
• Planning and coordinating work sites
• Supervising and organising an intervention team
• Managing equipment orders and monitoring supplies
• Developing and monitoring maintenance contracts
• Client relations and technical support

We expect

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a tinsmith-roofer or equivalent training
• Proven experience in roofing
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, roof windows and leak detection
• Confidence in site management and client relations
• Proficiency with common IT tools and digital platforms
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Organisational skills, rigour and team spirit
