Trust Officer / Mandate Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a challenge in a modern trust company where you can take responsibility and personally support clients. In this role, you take responsibility for the comprehensive management of trust services and assist clients with their concerns. You are responsible for the personal support of clients and work closely with the team. Your further training is supported and promoted to continuously improve your skills. You will become part of a collegial team with short decision-making paths and a family atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- You manage financial, creditor, debtor, and payroll accounting
- You prepare annual financial statements and VAT returns
- You prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- You directly support your clients and advise them competently
Qualifications:
- You have several years of experience in the trust sector or accounting
- Ideally, you hold a federal diploma in trust or financial and accounting management
- You enjoy modern IT, especially Proffix and M-Files
- You work precisely, independently, and proactively
- You bring team spirit, strong communication skills, and a good flair for numbers
