Finance Manager - Right Hand to the CFO - Lausanne

On behalf of a rapidly growing Swiss company active in a digital environment, we are looking for a Finance Manager based in the Lausanne region.

This is a very cross-functional and hands-on role, the true right hand to the CFO on finance matters.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage accounting, closings, reporting and consolidation topics.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, controlling and KPI analysis.
- Handle taxation, audit and internal controls.
- Support the CFO on various projects and ad hoc analyses.
- Optimise processes, tools and the quality of financial information.
- Collaborate with financial and operational teams in Switzerland and internationally.

Your profile:
- Higher education in finance/accounting/controlling, ideally Federal Diploma or Chartered Accountant or Finance & Controlling.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance in a similar role with cross-functional duties.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent command of Excel and ease with ERPs.
- Fluent French and English, mandatory.
- Analytical, autonomous and hands-on profile, comfortable in a demanding, fast and changing environment.
