Would you like to be part of a dedicated team in a highly regulated environment? As a Batch Document Reviewer (a), 100%, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our production processes. In this position, you are responsible for the careful review of manufacturing documentation in accordance with strict GMP guidelines. Your work significantly contributes to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and reach the customer safely.
Your tasks
- Review of manufacturing documentation according to GMP guidelines
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability of all batch records
- Identification and reporting of deviations
- Handling of documentary deviations (ALCOA++ deviations) in the quality management tool
- Close collaboration with production, quality assurance, and other relevant departments
- Participation in continuous improvement processes in the documentation and review area
Your profile
- Professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Good knowledge of GMP regulations and documentation requirements
- High accuracy, sense of responsibility, and structured working method
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with paper and electronic documentation systems
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent working style
- High concentration ability
