What you can achieve.
- As Network Manager, you represent SBB’s interests in governing bodies and working groups within the tariff associations in Eastern Switzerland.
- You help shape the strategic development of the associations in the areas of pricing and product range, marketing and sales, revenue assurance, and governance.
- You contribute to product and price design, distribution keys, communication, and marketing measures, and accompany contract adjustments.
- You are responsible for revenue planning and income security from network tickets and conduct forward-looking controlling with analyses.
- Thanks to good networking with external partners, you support solution finding and are regularly on the move in the Eastern Switzerland region.
- You further develop customer-oriented network and tariff solutions, incorporate regional and cross-border needs, and ensure knowledge transfer.

- With your communication skills and negotiation expertise, you find viable solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are characterised by strong analytical and digital skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and an independent working style.
- You bring solid financial and marketing knowledge as well as a sound understanding of tariff systems.
- We expect a commercial or university education in business administration or a related field, as well as several years of experience in public transport, project management, and negotiation leadership.
- Fluent spoken and written German skills (minimum level C1) are required for this role, and French skills (minimum level A2) are desirable.
