On behalf of our partner, an industrial company located in the canton of Fribourg, we are actively looking for a 80% HRBP. This organisation values initiative and the human support of employees, and wishes to develop committed individuals within a close-knit team.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You support line managers in managing their teams by providing close HR support, in line with the realities on the ground
• You advise and support managers and employees on issues related to labour relations, professional development and talent management
• You manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discernment and a sense of responsibility
• You also take charge of recruitment processes for your scope, from identifying needs to integrating new talents
• You actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects and the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes

You offer your new employer

• You have solid experience in a similar role as an HR advisor to managers
• You hold the HR Specialist Certificate or an equivalent diploma
• Your first language is French, with very good knowledge of German for oral communication
• You are proactive and empathetic, with excellent listening and decision-making skills
• You have very good knowledge of Swiss labour laws
