As part of our development, we are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (M/F), based in Villars-sur-Glâne and directly reporting to the Group Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in pricing tenders and quotes, while actively participating in business development and contract implementation in collaboration with the operations teams. Your responsibilities include:

Offers and Quotes:

• Conduct technical studies, verify feasibility and draft suitable commercial offers (measurement, pricing, proposal of optimised organisations).
• Actively participate in tenders for multi-site and major accounts contracts.
• Present offers to clients and ensure their validation in compliance with internal processes.

 Collaboration with Operations:

• Work closely with operations teams to ensure contract implementation and client satisfaction.
• Propose optimised organisations to meet clients’ specific needs.

 Business Development:

• Identify the needs of clients and prospects, propose suitable solutions in a competitive context.
• Actively prospect to develop the client portfolio in Fribourg and surrounding areas.
• Participate in client meetings to present the group’s services.

 Reporting:

• Ensure regular follow-up of quotes and offers through weekly reporting.
• Keep the Commercial Balance data up to date.

Profile Sought:

• Commercial and/or technical training
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in the cleaning or associated services sector (concierge services, special works, technical maintenance …).
• Knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric and strong networking ability.
• Dynamic, rigorous, with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal ease.
• Solution-oriented, autonomous, and possessing negotiation talent.
• Native French speaker or C1 level; German is an asset.
