HR Generalist (m/f/d) 100% temporary with option for permanent employment

For our client, an established and internationally active financial services provider based in Zurich, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as an HR Generalist.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operational HR lifecycle
• Ensuring the monthly payroll and expense processing as well as support in the annual salary and bonus process
• Coordination and collaboration with external payroll service providers
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Conducting the entire onboarding and offboarding processes
• Active participation in the recruitment process (advertisements, applicant selection, interviews, appointment organisation)
• Creation and maintenance of employment contracts, contract amendments, agreements and references
• Handling maternity and EO benefits, family allowances as well as accident and sickness notifications
• Creation, evaluation and further development of HR key figures and reports

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in HR (e.g. HR assistant or HR specialist certificate)
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• High IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital HR processes
• Confident German as well as good English skills
• Knowledge of Abacus and SharePoint is an advantage
