Clerk in Financial Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF72,000 - 85,000Role:
The company specialises in the planning, realisation and maintenance of modern building envelopes. The range of services includes roof and façade solutions, energy-efficient renovations as well as sustainable technologies in the field of solar and photovoltaic systems. By combining craftsmanship expertise, technical know-how and innovative approaches, the company supports customers in designing properties to be long-term value-retaining, energy-efficient and future-oriented.
Responsibilities:
You build the digital accounting structure for accounts receivable and accounts payable processes and continuously develop it further.
In day-to-day business, you ensure a smooth invoice process, from checking and processing to payment.
On the customer side, you ensure reliable invoicing, correct payment receipts and consistent receivables management.
For collaboration with the external fiduciary partner, you prepare the relevant documents for quarterly and annual work.
Additionally, you support administrative tasks and thus contribute to efficient internal processes.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial basic education and have further training in accounting.
You bring experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting as well as in supporting accounting software.
You are confident and proficient with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools.
You are characterised by an independent, conscientious and well-organised way of working.
You have fluent German language skills.
