Application Manager M/F
Within the IT Department, you ensure support, operational maintenance and the evolution of a portfolio of business applications.
You work transversally across various information system solutions, notably PLM and store software, and assist users in their daily use.
As an interface between business teams, IT, software publishers and external partners, you help guarantee application availability and the quality of service provided to users.
Your main tasks
- Provide functional and application support for solutions within your scope.
- Analyse incidents, identify their origin and ensure their resolution or escalation to the relevant teams or partners.
- Manage and configure applications: users, rights, settings and business rules.
- Monitor the proper functioning of flows and interfaces between different applications.
- Gather and challenge the needs of business teams.
- Formalise requirements and write the functional specifications necessary for developments.
- Coordinate corrections and developments with publishers, integrators and IT teams.
- Prepare and conduct tests and user acceptance, then support deployments.
- Participate in version upgrades and ensure their follow-up.
- Track requests and incidents with partners until resolution.
- Maintain functional documentation and support procedures.
- Gradually develop skills on new applications to strengthen versatility and knowledge sharing within the IT team.
- Support and advise users in the use of tools.
Depending on your profile and interests, you may also develop your skills in BI and reporting tools and contribute to the creation, maintenance and evolution of reports intended for business teams.
Your profile
- Experience in support, maintenance or management of business applications.
- Ability to analyse and resolve application incidents.
- Good understanding of business processes and user service orientation.
- Ability to gather, challenge and formalise functional requirements.
- Good understanding of flow and interface issues between applications.
- Autonomy, rigour and ability to work on several solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with business, technical contacts and external partners.
- Experience with PLM or Retail solutions is appreciated.
- An interest in data, BI and reporting is a plus.
- Professional French and English.
