The focus is on leading interdisciplinary planning teams, coordinating all SIA service phases, and BIM-supported project development with ArchiCAD. The position combines architectural design competence, solid construction management, and entrepreneurial thinking with independent representation of demanding projects to clients, authorities, and specialist planners.

Technical and organisational leadership of internal project teams including resource planning, task distribution, and ensuring efficient collaboration
Coordination of external specialist planners and experts from structural engineering, building services, building physics, fire protection, and other technical disciplines
Further development of architectural design concepts into constructively thought-out and economically feasible construction projects while maintaining design quality
Management of cost, schedule, and quality including project controlling, planning coordination, and monitoring of defined project goals
Leadership and development of BIM-supported planning processes with ArchiCAD as well as ensuring consistent and coordinated digital building modelling
Responsibility for the preparation and quality assurance of planning, approval, tender, and execution documents
Review and assurance of compliance with relevant building and planning regulations as well as SIA standards during all project phases
Professional representation of projects to public and private clients, authorities, and other stakeholders including negotiation and decision coordination
Preparation and leadership of project, planning, and coordination meetings as well as transparent communication about project progress, risks, and necessary decisions
Early identification and management of planning, technical, and economic project risks as well as development of integral solutions for demanding construction tasks

Several years of professional experience in Switzerland in independent management of demanding architecture and building projects, ideally with a focus on public buildings, educational buildings, or complex realisations
Sound knowledge of all relevant SIA service phases as well as extensive experience in project organisation, interdisciplinary planning coordination, and management of costs, schedules, and quality
Very good knowledge of Swiss building and planning law, relevant SIA standards, and building permit procedures as well as confidence in dealing with authorities and public clients
Solid user knowledge of ArchiCAD and BIM-supported planning as well as experience in digital building modelling, model-based coordination, and integral project processing
Strong leadership and organisational skills as well as high design sensitivity, solid constructive understanding, and economic responsibility
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for project management, negotiation, and communication with authorities as well as a structured, precise, independent, and solution-oriented working style
