Would you like to use your commercial experience meaningfully and actively shape social issues? In our committed team, you work at the interface between social institutions and modern administration - responsibly, networked and future-oriented.
Your tasks
- You are the contact point for social institutions and all internal and external stakeholders regarding the SEG (Social Institutions Act). You take care of the formal application review and issue the cost coverage guarantee.
- Ensuring case documentation and data quality in the SEG specialist application is also your responsibility.
- Checking and coding invoices from social institutions and outpatient services is another important task.
- You contribute to quality assurance and knowledge transfer within the team and with trainees. With your proactive input, you modernise our processes and thus advance our department.
- Participation in projects rounds off this meaningful field of activity.
Your profile
- Commercial or administrative training, ideally related to the social or health sector.
- Experience in administrative case processing including application review, invoice checking and coding.
- Confident handling of specialist applications as well as a high awareness of quality for data and documentation.
- Independent, reliable working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the legal foundations of social institutions (especially SEG) or willingness to acquire this knowledge quickly is an advantage.
