Job Description
- Carry out rough and finish grinding on hard metal bars
- Sharpen complex hard metal tools
- Perform repairs and touch-ups on stock tools
- Work respecting very fine tolerances (down to 5 microns and less)
Profile Sought
Excellent mastery of hard metal and diamond wheels
Precise use of measuring devices: caliper, micrometer, Marcel Aubert
Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
Complete autonomy on Schaublin 102 lathe and Ewag WS11
Good three-dimensional vision of the tool
Ability to work independently and rigorously
