Your area of responsibility
- You coordinate the vascular surgery patients along the entire treatment pathway - from the consultation through diagnostics and surgery to postoperative follow-ups - ensuring precise documentation and planning in the clinical information system (EPIC)
- In your central control function, you play an important role in communication with referring doctors as well as with patients, thus significantly contributing to high patient and referrer satisfaction
- In close interprofessional collaboration with the medical service, patient disposition, OR coordination, consultations and the secretariat, you ensure a smooth organisational process
- Through close coordination with the neighbouring disciplines of the Vascular Centre, you coordinate further diagnostics and therapy and ensure optimally networked treatment processes
Your experience
- You have completed training as a HF nursing specialist and have several years of experience in the acute sector, ideally already bringing a passion for the complex issues of vascular surgery
- With your reliable and independent working style, you take responsibility for the highest nursing quality and enrich the team through your great personal commitment
- As an organisationally strong all-rounder, you always remain calm even in lively situations and convince patients as well as colleagues through your sound expertise and high social competence
- In addition, you are enthusiastic about your area of responsibility in vascular surgery and look forward to actively shaping this pioneering project at LUKS with your ideas and professional identity
