As part of a strictly confidential recruitment, we are looking on behalf of one of our clients for a:
Construction Project Manager 100% (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
-Take charge of assigned projects and ensure their complete management
-Prepare, plan, organise and coordinate the different execution phases
-Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, technical requirements and quality standards
-Establish and monitor project schedules and take necessary measures in case of deviations
-Coordinate the services of various internal and external stakeholders
-Organise and lead kick-off and follow-up meetings
-Represent the company’s interests with clients, architects, engineers and other project partners
-Review execution documents and compare them with agreed contractual services
-Identify project changes, discrepancies or technical ambiguities and implement necessary actions
-Ensure follow-up of additional works and amendments
-Regularly control the financial progress of projects and monitor costs
-Monitor external services and project-related expenses
-Perform retrospective cost calculations and analyse project profitability
-Verify the progress of studies and the availability of documents necessary for execution
-Check plans and technical documents before forwarding them to subsequent stages
-Coordinate needs related to materials, components and specific elements necessary for successful project completion
-Monitor execution progress and anticipate potential delays or difficulties
-Conduct site visits and check the quality of work as well as compliance with applicable specifications
-Organise, coordinate and document various inspections and handovers
-Ensure follow-up of final handovers with different partners
-Participate in the billing process in collaboration with relevant departments
-Provide regular reporting on progress, costs, deadlines and potential risks
-Ensure complete and structured documentation of each project Your profile:
-Completed technical or professional training in the construction field
-Training such as ES technician, draftsman-builder, site manager, mason with additional training or equivalent qualification
-Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector
-Experience managing projects of varying sizes and complexity levels
-Strong knowledge of processes related to construction project execution
-Excellent understanding of plans and technical documents
-Good understanding of construction details and technical issues
-Experience with drawing, design or digital planning tools
-Experience in 3D / BIM environments is an advantage
-Additional training in project management is a plus
-Good knowledge of contractual and economic aspects related to construction is appreciated
-Very good command of common IT tools, especially MS Office
