Your task
- Technical, personnel and organisational management of construction sites
- Independent supervision and handling of construction projects from planning to completion
- Planning, organisation and coordination of construction site processes
- Responsibility for the economical and timely deployment of personnel, inventory, materials and external services
- Coordination and collaboration with clients, architects and other project participants
- Monitoring quality, deadlines and costs
- Execution and coordination of surveying work
- Cost planning, cost control and ongoing project monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
- Varied and responsible construction projects in building construction
- Independent work with a great deal of personal responsibility
- Lots of creative freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
