The cross-sectional operations area consists of the departments of hotel services, economics, property maintenance, security and forensic security service of the PDAG. The numerous tasks and services not only ensure the smooth operation of the PDAG but also create important conditions for the development of treatment efficiency, treatment effectiveness, and the attractiveness of the workplace and treatment. In addition, the operations area is responsible for property projects, which include not only leasing and renting but also the construction of properties, maintenance, and renovation of buildings.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in hotel services
• At least 3 - 4 years of professional experience in service, preferably in healthcare
• Willingness to work irregular hours as well as weekend and public holiday shifts
• Friendly, flexible, resilient, and team-oriented host personality
• High customer orientation and personal responsibility
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good knowledge of German

Tasks

• Performing hotel service activities: advising patients on meal orders, meal service, room rounds, and orders on the wards
• Caring for and providing services around patients in cooperation with nursing staff
• Responsibility for a flawless overall appearance on the wards
• Targeted cleaning tasks
• Ensuring and adhering to hygiene guidelines
• Assisting with events of all kinds within the PDAG
• Conducting quality controls
