WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Carry out microbiological and physico-chemical analyses of samples from the dairy industry in accordance with control and quality plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene standards and current work procedures
• Ensure the control and monitoring of the calibration of measuring instruments
• Prepare and distribute sampling equipment intended for suppliers and milk transporters
• Contribute to the smooth daily operation of the laboratory
• Participate in continuous improvement processes regarding quality, safety and sustainability
• Take part in operational reviews and monitoring of the laboratory
• Embody and promote the company’s values in daily activities and internal collaborations

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a laboratory technician or equivalent laboratory training
• Proven experience in the food industry, ideally in the dairy sector
• Proficiency with laboratory IT tools, notably LIMS and ERP
• Excellent knowledge of French with good skills in German
• Organisational skills, effective priority management and a methodical approach
• Team spirit, solution orientation, good communication skills and stress resistance
