For our client, an established and technically innovative company in the field of door technology and access systems, we are looking for a committed Service Technician Doors & Access Systems (m/f/d). You will mainly be on the road with our customers throughout Switzerland and ensure that modern door and access systems function reliably.
Your tasks
You install and commission automatic door systems and access systems at customers throughout Switzerland
You hand over the systems to our customers and provide professional on-site instructions
You carry out service, maintenance and repair work on existing systems
You take on the on-call service according to the deployment plan
You advise our customers competently on technical matters and find suitable solutions directly on site
You clarify construction sites, take measurements and support the technical implementation
You identify additional customer needs and advise on maintenance contracts, modernisations and spare parts
Your profile
You have a completed basic craft training, for example in construction, metal, wood or a comparable profession
You have a good technical understanding of mechanics and electrics
You bring several years of experience on construction sites and are used to working independently
You communicate very well in German; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
You hold a category B driving licence
You present yourself confidently, friendly and customer-oriented and enjoy communicating with customers
You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations
You enjoy varied assignments and technical challenges directly at the customer
