For our client, an established and technically innovative company in the field of door technology and access systems, we are looking for a committed Service Technician Doors & Access Systems (m/f/d). You will mainly be on the road with our customers throughout Switzerland and ensure that modern door and access systems function reliably.

Your tasks

• You install and commission automatic door systems and access systems at customers throughout Switzerland

• You hand over the systems to our customers and provide professional on-site instructions

• You carry out service, maintenance and repair work on existing systems

• You take on the on-call service according to the deployment plan

• You advise our customers competently on technical matters and find suitable solutions directly on site

• You clarify construction sites, take measurements and support the technical implementation

• You identify additional customer needs and advise on maintenance contracts, modernisations and spare parts

Your profile

• You have a completed basic craft training, for example in construction, metal, wood or a comparable profession

• You have a good technical understanding of mechanics and electrics

• You bring several years of experience on construction sites and are used to working independently

• You communicate very well in German; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus

• You hold a category B driving licence

• You present yourself confidently, friendly and customer-oriented and enjoy communicating with customers

• You work reliably, independently and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations

• You enjoy varied assignments and technical challenges directly at the customer
