4-Month Temporary Assignment: Accountant

For one of our clients, a company based in Vevey, we are looking for an Accountant at 40–60%. This is a 4-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent contract. The start date is desired as soon as possible.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the entry and maintenance of accounting records
• You manage supplier invoices as well as their payments
• You monitor costs related to various projects and analytical accounting
• You prepare provisional statements
• You issue invoices and monitor debtors
• You participate in HR administrative management, notably in salary payment and accounting
• You provide support in certain HR formalities and in preparing charge statements
• You contribute to the administrative and financial monitoring of various projects

You offer your new employer

• You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting; experience in the cultural sector is an asset
• You have good knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as accounting software, particularly Winbiz
• You are an autonomous, rigorous, discreet person with a good sense of responsibility
• You know how to manage priorities and show initiative
• You are flexible, versatile and solution-oriented
