The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-sector organisation. It includes the EPI WohnWerk, the Lengg secondary school, the Dapples endowment, a seminar centre with a restaurant, and the EPI central services. Additionally, the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation, together with another foundation, forms the sponsorship of Klinik Lengg AG, which comprises a clinic for epileptology and neurorehabilitation. Around 1000 employees are committed to these social tasks. The site is located on the outskirts of Zurich, with a stunning view of the nearby Lake Zurich and the Alps.

Restaurant Manager
The varied day
- Personnel and professional management of the EPI Park restaurant with a team of 5-7 employees
- Active participation in the operational daily business (approx. 70%) including weekend duties as host
- Working hours: predominantly day shifts (08:00 – 17:00)
- Participation in approx. 30–40 events and evening functions outside regular working hours
- Ensuring a hospitable and service-oriented service for our guests
- Support with duty planning
- Responsibility for sales, planning, organisation and execution of banquets and events
- Participation in budget creation, management and goods purchasing
- Promotion and further development of your team
- Ensuring compliance with quality and service standards
- Close cooperation with the catering management and work in the seminar centre
Your diverse talents
- Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
- Proven leadership experience in a lively operation, ideally in system catering
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Committed, empathetic, motivated and responsible leadership personality
- Entrepreneurial thinking, responsible and precise working style
- Flexibility in duty planning
- IT affinity, good PC skills as well as experience with cash register systems or reservation systems (ideally TCPOS and Protel)
- Confident communication in German (spoken and written), English skills advantageous
- Confident, professional and friendly appearance
