Building Services Engineer HVAC (m/f/d)

- Independent planning and design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in close collaboration with the project manager.
- Creating technical sketches, schematics, and plans.
- Performing technical calculations.
- Preparing documents for tenders.
- Engaged cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of planning processes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Training and further education as an HVAC engineer/technician
- Several years of professional experience as a building services engineer
- Good proficiency with CAD systems
- Good user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong team player qualities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
