You ensure the stable operation and lifecycle management of the OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms on-premises and in the cloud.
You analyse and optimise existing environments and perform proactive performance tuning.
You receive, analyse and sustainably resolve incidents within the scope of incident and problem management.
In this role, you plan, coordinate and implement changes according to defined change management processes.
You efficiently process Jira tickets according to prioritisation and assignment by the product owner.
In this role, you actively participate in agile ceremonies within the team and the ART, such as sprints and PI plannings.
Qualifications:
- You have solid experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (on-premises) as well as very good Linux (RHEL) knowledge.
- You are familiar with Oracle Forms, ADF and the WebLogic Server (WLS).
- You use Ansible confidently and have solid basics in networking, security, storage and operating systems.
- You have practical experience with Splunk and ServiceNow.
- You are well acquainted with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) and ITIL processes.
- You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and feel comfortable in an agile, team-oriented environment; very good German and English skills complete your profile.
