Assistant Cook
Tasks
- Prepare and provide mise en place, production tasks
- Active participation in the kitchen and support of the kitchen team
- Adherence to recipes and ensuring quality
- Compliance with and control of hygiene standards in the area of responsibility
- Various tidying and cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Professional experience as an assistant cook
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Enthusiasm for the cooking profession and enjoyment of contact with guests
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- German language skills at A2 level, English skills advantageous
