Within the Information Systems function, you will join an organisation undergoing transformation to manage and structure a strategic portfolio covering the areas of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Regional IS Services.
In a context of organisational evolution of the regions and strengthening of IT project governance, you will be responsible for a portfolio of more than 40 MCHF. A true partner of management, you will provide a global vision of ongoing initiatives, ensure their alignment with strategic priorities and contribute to the operational excellence of the organisation. You will also be a key player in developing a high-performing and collaborative project manager community.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and coordinate the project portfolios in the areas of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Regional IS Services, ensuring their alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Ensure a consolidated view of the portfolio and provide management with the analyses, indicators and recommendations necessary for decision-making
• Oversee a total budget exceeding 40 MCHF by ensuring financial monitoring, forecasting, cost control and associated reporting
• Identify, manage and arbitrate risks, dependencies, resources and priorities across all programmes and projects
• Functionally supervise a community of around 12 external project managers and promote harmonised working methods
• Develop robust portfolio governance, ensuring data quality, compliance with standards and consistency of reporting
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, PMOs, department heads and business partners to foster a cross-functional and collaborative approach
• Act as a true "control tower" for the Senior Director IS & User Services by providing visibility, anticipation and recommendations across the entire portfolio

• Proven experience in a Portfolio Manager, Senior Program Manager or Head of PMO role within complex IT environments
• Strong experience managing multi-project and multi-stakeholder portfolios with high visibility
• Excellent mastery of governance processes, budget management and executive reporting
• Good understanding of Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT Services environments, enabling effective interaction with technical teams
• Experience in functional supervision of project teams and in leading project manager communities
• Strong analytical skills, sense of priorities and ability to thrive in a transforming environment
• Recognised leadership, ability to unite, create cohesion and develop trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach
