Our client is a leading IT service provider for the Swiss insurance industry. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and a clear focus on innovation, the company actively shapes the digital future of the sector. We are looking for a motivated Windows Server & Cloud Engineer to support the team.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and expansion of the Windows Server infrastructure (2016-2022).
- Support customers with new requirements or disruptions as well as 3rd level support.
- Further development of services and processes, especially in projects with a cloud focus (Microsoft Azure).
- Participation in concepts and implementation of new security guidelines.
- Automation of operational processes by identifying optimisation potential and implementing suitable solutions.
- Participation in the on-call organisation (7x24h).
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Server and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerShell, ideally also Terraform.
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking as well as enjoyment of direct contact with customers.
- Very good German skills and technical English.
