Commercial Trainee Delivery Support

Your new tasks

• Telephone notification
• Active prioritisation
• Customer contact centre delivery support (answering calls)
• Maintaining the interface between delivery support - customer service - delivery service
• Coordination of branch returns for delivery from Suhr

Your profile

• You have attended commercial or business school and are looking for a one-year commercial internship to obtain the commercial diploma
• You enjoy working independently and have good PC user skills as well as good oral and written knowledge of German and preferably French
