Within the Customer Relations Department, you will join the Customer Projects Office, which manages all projects and developments of the department's IT systems. Your main mission will be to contribute to the evolution of the Commercial Information System by gathering business needs, translating them into features, and participating in the improvement of processes and customer journeys.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with business teams to understand their functional and technical needs
- Contributing to the automation of low value-added tasks and the development of customer self-service, notably by integrating AI into business processes and customer journeys
- Representing, with the support of the team, the business voice within an agile organisation
- Translating business needs into features, specifications and user stories, and writing functional documentation
- Participating in structuring the roadmap of product developments necessary for the improvement and reliability of business processes
Your personality and skills
You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in problem-solving. Your interpersonal ease and ability to work independently while fostering team spirit are essential assets. Curious, organised and proactive, you show a marked interest in public services and the energy and/or commercial sector.
Technically, you have a good understanding of how enterprise information systems work and a first knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, etc.) as well as project management.
Your academic background
University Master’s degree or ETH, ideally in one of the following fields: industrial engineering, computer science, management sciences, information systems, project management or an equivalent qualification.

The salary will be calculated based on an annual reference salary spread over thirteen payments, depending on your diploma:
- Bachelor: CHF 75,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
- Master: CHF 78,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
