Job description:

As part of the development of our workshop and on-site activities for our partner companies in the Canton of Fribourg, we are actively seeking qualified industrial equipment manufacturers (CFC). If you are autonomous, meticulous and passionate about metalwork, this position is made for you.

Your main tasks:

• Manufacturing and assembly: Production of metal structures, frames and mechanical assemblies according to provided plans.

• Plan reading: Accurate interpretation of technical drawings, assembly diagrams and cutting lists.

• Welding: Mastery of welding processes (TIG, MIG, MAG, Electrode) on various materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium).

• Workshop tasks: Use of processing machines (saws, shears, brakes, pillar drills, grinders).

• Finishing: Carrying out grinding, brushing, deburring and conformity checks of produced parts.

• Assembly: Occasional on-site client intervention for assembly and adjustment of structures.

• Training: Holder of a CFC as industrial equipment manufacturer or metal constructor CFC.
• Experience: Proven experience in workshop and/or on-site is highly desirable.
• Technical skills: Excellent plan reading skills. Good welding knowledge (certifications appreciated).
• Personal qualities: You are autonomous, precise and respectful of safety instructions and production deadlines.
• Languages: Fluent French.
• Driving licence: Driving licence (category B) essential for travel to sites.
