IT Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the holistic management of workplace projects - from planning to successful implementation
You optimise and migrate existing workplace and infrastructure solutions and securely integrate Citrix or Horizon into existing environments
Using logs and reports, you analyse technical issues and support the stable operation of the systems
For a sustainable system landscape, you also take on identity & access management, documentation as well as change and release management
You actively contribute your know-how to the further development of modern workplace infrastructures
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship and several years of experience in the workplace environment
Sound knowledge of SCCM, Citrix or Horizon as well as software distribution and patch management
Intune knowledge is a plus; residence in Switzerland and category B driving licence with vehicle required
Service-oriented, at least 25 years old and German fluent in writing and speaking, additional national language advantageous
