What is my role?

? Your tasks:

• Independent supervision and realisation of demanding construction and project executions from the start of construction to the completion of warranty work

• Tendering and submission of all trades involved in the construction project

• Control of proper construction execution on site and compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, environment and safety

• Scheduling of work preparations and construction programmes

• Opportunity for client and buyer support

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience in local construction management

• Experience in the implementation and realisation of construction projects

• Solid expertise in the construction industry

• Competences in costing, scheduling, construction accounting as well as cost and deadline responsibility
