Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Customer support as the primary contact for questions about our products and services
- Preparation of service offers and creation of customised quotations for customers
- Support of the sales manager in administrative matters
- Compilation of individual analyses and evaluations for our customers
- Active participation in the initial phase and implementation of projects
- Contribution to the innovation and expansion of our service offerings
Qualifications:
- Completed training in commercial or technical fields
- Proven professional experience in internal sales
- Excellent knowledge in the use of IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage
