A day in the life of sales staff
As the first point of contact, you take care of our customers and guarantee them an unforgettable shopping experience. Your tasks include:
- You recommend, present and sell products from our extensive range of machines, coffee and accessories to meet the individual needs of our customers in various department stores and shopping centres
- You respond competently and flexibly to individual concerns
- You invite customers to delicious tastings
- You manage coffee orders and ensure the availability of all necessary accessories and brochures at the sales location
- You take on some administrative tasks
- You ensure cleanliness in the sales area and carry out minor repairs on machines
Your area of responsibility:
- Good German language skills are essential; French and English are a plus
- You have experience with FMCG retail brands
- You preferably have at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales
- You distinguish yourself with your
work ethic, integrity and absolute honesty (transparency and trust) - You are a service-oriented, proactive team player with a passion for continuous learning and sharing
