What you can achieve

• Network products with a future: You develop our products and services around electricity, water and public lighting further - customer-oriented, economical and with a view to the energy future.
• Tariffs with foresight: You develop network usage prices based on generation and sales forecasts and combine technical, economic and regulatory requirements.
• Recognising potential: You analyse market, customer and network requirements and derive new business opportunities as well as optimisations for existing offers.
• Regulation under control: You keep an eye on legal requirements, ensure their compliance and contribute your expertise to regulatory reporting.
• Driving digitalisation: You set impulses for smart grids, data management and digital services and bring innovative approaches into our network world.
• Achieving more together: You network internal departments with authorities, partners and other network operators and bring different requirements together.
• Rethinking supply: You help shape sustainable network strategies and develop services that offer real added value to our customers.

What you bring with you

• You have a technical basic education, for example as a network electrician or electrical installer, supplemented by appropriate further training. Alternatively, you have a degree in energy or electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You are familiar with product management from your professional experience, ideally in energy supply or network technology.
• You are familiar with network infrastructure, energy market regulation and digital solutions in the energy sector.
• You are familiar with strategic product concepts and the professional leadership or coordination of interdisciplinary project teams.
• You use Microsoft Office and ERP systems confidently. SAP user knowledge and experience with data analysis tools are a plus.
• You think analytically and entrepreneurially, act independently and explain complex contexts clearly. You communicate and negotiate confidently and skilfully bring together different interests.
• You have very good German skills. English skills are an advantage.
