Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000Responsibilities:
You independently manage the daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping.
You post and reconcile bank and securities transactions while simultaneously managing accounts receivable including dunning.
By invoicing donations, services, and service agreements, you contribute significantly to smooth financial administration.
You participate in interim and annual closing tasks and support the team with other finance-related duties.
As flexible support, you take on personnel administration tasks during absences, contributing to a versatile working environment.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with further training in accounting or several years of practical experience in finance forms your professional foundation.
You have good knowledge of VAT.
A precise, structured, and independent working style is natural to you, as is a high level of commitment and service orientation.
Even in demanding situations, you remain resilient, solution-oriented, and hands-on and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Fluent written and spoken German.
