Responsibilities:
You analyse business requirements and develop practical digital solutions from them.
You continuously develop our online platforms, customer processes, and digital touchpoints.
You identify optimisation potentials, develop business cases, and prioritise initiatives based on relevant key figures.
You coordinate collaboration with departments, technology partners, and external service providers on digital projects.
You accompany automations, new technologies, tests, and rollouts from the idea to successful implementation.
Qualifications:
Completed studies or comparable further education in business informatics, business administration, digitalisation, or a related discipline.
Experience with digital platforms, CRM/commerce solutions, or data-driven business models.
Confident handling of key figures and enjoyment in recognising economic contexts.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, or comparable systems is an advantage.
Customer-oriented, independent personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
