For a demanding leadership position in the field of information security, risk management and business continuity, an experienced individual is sought. In this role, you actively shape security and resilience structures and continuously develop standards, processes and management systems.
You act as a central interface between IT, management and other relevant stakeholders. You ensure transparency regarding risks, ensure compliance and strengthen organisational resilience through effective emergency and control mechanisms.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for information security, risk management, BCM and compliance as well as their strategic development
Operation and optimisation of ISO-compliant management systems including security concepts, protection needs analyses and audit preparations
Systematic identification, assessment and control of risks as well as preparation of meaningful reports for management
Further development of business continuity management as well as planning, execution and optimisation of emergency and crisis tests
Responsibility for the establishment and operation of the internal control system (ICS) including monitoring of key controls
Consulting of executives and specialist departments as well as coordination of relevant stakeholders around security, risk and compliance
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in information security, risk management, compliance and business continuity management
Sound knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks, especially ISO 27001
Strong ability for holistic analysis of risks, controls and organisational dependencies
Consultative personality with assertiveness and professional stakeholder management
Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with a high level of quality awareness
