HVAC Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

- You plan and size HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) for residential and industrial buildings.
- You create technical drawings in 2D or model HVAC systems in 3D.
- You develop schematic diagrams for system planning and installation using AutoCAD.
- You work closely with architects, engineers and other specialist planners to ensure the integration of HVAC systems into construction projects.
- You take on the technical coordination and supervision of projects from the planning phase through to execution.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and ensure that all plans comply with applicable standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in planning HVAC systems.
- You possess sound knowledge in the sizing and planning of HVAC systems.
- You are proficient in using AutoCAD (2D) and ideally also in 3D modelling with Revit.
- You have experience in creating schematic diagrams and technical drawings.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and have a high level of technical understanding.
- Teamwork skills, good communication abilities and confident handling of technical regulations complete your profile.
