Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact when it comes to technology for clients. Together with your team, you ensure that systems run stably and continuously improve. Here’s what to expect:
You support and optimise the ICT infrastructures of our clients and work on-site or remotely depending on the situation.
You plan and implement projects independently, from the idea to successful completion.
You gather requirements, analyse needs and document solutions in concepts and documentation.
You expand existing services and introduce new solutions to clients.
You assist your team with technical questions and contribute to presales with suitable solutions.
Qualifications:
You love technology but also enjoy talking to people. You bring the following:
A completed education as an ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent and several years of experience as a Systems Engineer
Solid know-how in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
A good understanding of networks and ICT infrastructures and a heightened awareness of ICT security
Confident communication in German and English, a service mindset and enthusiasm for direct client contact
An independent, structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with initiative and a
