IT Security Operations Manager (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a leading insurance group based in Switzerland, specialising in health and accident insurance. Their focus is on providing health and accident insurance for individuals, families, and businesses. Role:
In this role, you ensure the smooth operation of IT security processes and handle security-relevant requests, events, and incidents. You analyse potential threats, assess their impact, and coordinate appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
Additionally, you review existing security measures and keep up to date with current developments in cybersecurity. With your structured working method, you contribute to continuously improving the security situation and recognising new risks at an early stage.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational day-to-day business in the area of IT security
Analysis and evaluation of security events and incidents as well as initiation of appropriate countermeasures
Assessment of the effectiveness of existing security measures
Detection and assessment of new cyber threats and security risks
Collection and evaluation of relevant information on the current threat situation
Qualifications:
Completed technical university degree at a university, university of applied sciences, or technical college
Several years of professional experience in IT operations or IT development
Strong interest in IT security and ideally initial to advanced practical experience in the security environment
Independent, structured, and responsible working style
Analytical thinking and ability to assess security-relevant matters
Fluent German skills as well as solid English skills
