We are looking to appoint you as a
Personnel Consultant RAV 80-100%
Exciting tasks await:
- You competently advise your job seekers. The goal is their rapid and sustainable reintegration into the labour market
- You show job seekers perspectives and develop a successful application strategy with them
- You jointly determine whether there is a need for qualification among the job seekers. If so, you select suitable offers to increase their chances of securing a position
- You are a professional in labour market matters and are well informed about current developments. You support your job seekers with this know-how and thus contribute to successful job placements
- You enjoy working closely with a variety of internal and external offices – always in the service of the job seekers
- You are also open to new challenges and willing to work at other RAV locations in the canton of Aargau
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of completed vocational training and recognised further education (preferably as an HR specialist or willingness to complete this further education)
- Drive, resilience, as well as a results-oriented and assertive personality
- At least 10 years of general professional experience after basic training
- Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, sales, personnel management or HR work combined with a good amount of life experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and high service orientation
- Efficient and skilled use of IT tools, administrative routine and confident German language skills

Your working environment
At the Office for Economy and Labour, we implement federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Services Act (AVG) and labour law (ArG). The main tasks consist of advising and placing job seekers, paying unemployment benefits to eligible persons, and supervising industry and commerce regarding occupational safety and health protection.
