You are responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting and take on the professional leadership and further development of the sub-ledger team
You manage and optimise the purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes including payment transactions, dunning and master data management
You participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure the correct reconciliation between general and sub-ledgers
You drive the digitalisation and automation of financial processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and take responsibility in finance projects
You oversee group-wide topics related to payment processes, credit cards and expense management and work closely with accounting, controlling, treasury as well as internal and external audit bodies
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance and accounting, for example with a federal diploma
You bring several years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, ideally within an internationally oriented company
You are thoroughly familiar with purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes and have ideally already taken on professional leadership or coordination responsibility
You possess very good user knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) and work in a structured, independent and precise manner
You communicate confidently in German, French and English
