HSE Specialist 80%-100% (a)

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) department, we are looking for a committed HSE Specialist - Projects (m/f/d), workload (80-100%)

Your tasks:

• Contact person for HSE topics in project teams of investment projects, especially infrastructure facilities.
• Advising project managers in all planning, execution, and commissioning phases regarding plant safety and environmental protection.
• Moderation and execution of risk analyses of process and infrastructure plants.
• Review of the implementation of measures and compliance with safety standards during the commissioning phase of plants.
• Responsible for thorough review and approval of safety-relevant documents.
• Active collaboration with internal specialist organisations and external partner companies

Your profile: 

• Technical or chemical basic training with further education in process engineering/plant construction or equivalent qualification
• Professional certificate as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection AS/GS or expert AS/GS
• Several years of project experience in plant construction and plant safety
• Experience in conducting and moderating key risk analysis methods (e.g. HAZOP, Zurich risk analysis).
• Quick comprehension, technical understanding, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Confident, competent manner and strong communication skills in spoken and written form (fluent German and English skills)
• Flexible and independent working style, as well as high personal responsibility
• Good MS Office skills and openness to digital working methods
